However, one feature that cannot fail to be mentioned is the city\u2019s excellent gastronomy, which does not disappoint. <strong>In S\u00e3o Paulo it is possible to find 55 different types of cuisine, whether from other countries or local cuisine.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">According to research by AbraselSP (Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants of S\u00e3o Paulo), the numbers are impressive. S\u00e3o Paulo has around 156 thousand places such as bars and restaurants spread across the city. It is true that the most renowned restaurants are in the most central neighborhoods such as Jardins, Pinheiros, Itaim, Moema, Vila Madalena, but the research shows that, also in peripheral or predominantly residential regions, gastronomy is also present and it is possible to find places to please the all tastes and budgets.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>S\u00e3o Paulo, throughout its history, has received and still receives many immigrants. And this was reflected in the city\u2019s gastronomic culture.<\/strong>\u00a0The influence of other cultures is notable and enriches the diversity of S\u00e3o Paulo cuisine. Among the various options, in addition to cuisine with local dishes, highlights include barbecue restaurants with an all-you-can-eat system, per kilo restaurants, pizzerias, hamburgers, Japanese, Italian, Arabic cuisine and many others. Tourists in S\u00e3o Paulo will not have difficulty finding a place to have a good meal.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">However, this diverse city has a very interesting popular side to show. We have already seen that there are many food options in S\u00e3o Paulo.\u00a0<strong>But what do the locals like? What do they usually eat on a daily basis?
